Chen Zixuan: Two men were charged in court on Monday with the murder of a 21-year-old man at Central Square at Havelock Road last Saturday.
Along with three others, Desmond Neo Han Wen, 24, and Lee Boon Leong, 22, were said to have been part of an unlawful assembly at the carpark of the building at 6am that day, that led to death of Chen Zi Xuan.
Neo and Lee will have their cases mentioned again next Monday.
If convicted of murder, they could face the death penalty.
