Megan Fox Fired From "Transformers"Hitler Comments Caused 'Transformers' Firing of Megan Fox: Actress Megan Fox, never known for her tact, reportedly was cut from the third "Transformers" movie after she compared director Michael Bay with Hitler.
In an interview with The Daily Mail in London, Bay broke his silence on the matter and admitted that Fox was dropped from the franchise after her 2009 interview with Wonderland magazine. Fox had co-starred with Shia LeBeouf in the first two movies - 2007's "Transformers and 2009" "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."
"You know the Hitler thing," Bay told the newspaper when he was asked why Fox was fired. "Steven (Spielberg) said, 'fire her right now.'" Spielberg, executive producer on the film, could not be reached for comment.
