PBB Teen Edition 4 6th Nomination Night Results: Tom, Mariz and Myrtle are Nominated

Mariz Raneses and Tom Doromal are nominated for eviction next Saturday, June 2, after getting the highest votes from other teen housemates.

Myrtle Sarrosa, on the other hand, got an automatic nomination after she went up to Kit Thompson (now evicted) and said she won't nominate for him - a clear violation of PBB Rule Book.
