Arsenio Hall beats Clay Aiken and named the winner of the business-themed reality-competition series, "The Celebrity Apprentice," in New York on Sunday night, May 20 - the first African-American star to win on the show.

As the new Celebrity Apprentice, he represents all the qualities necessary to follow through and come out on top with very significant winnings for his charity, Magic Johnson Foundation.
